I finally designed a detachable bag to compliment my EB mei tais. I made three prototypes but I think the fourth one came out really well and that's the model I'm using to make the rest. I've made these before but with a zipper and they ended up looking like a middle school home ec project. A couple of weeks ago I bought a snap press and have had so much using it. Although I still want to master the art of sewing on a proper zipper. I wanted to give these bags a catchy name and thought Paci Packs was cute because moms can use them to keep their baby's pacifiers clean. My son never cared for pacis so I'd probaly just keep my keys and lipstick in my Paci Pack.
The following photo shows the cute fabric I used for the inside linning. A great way to use up scraps! And I don't even think you have to get the same fabric as your mei tai. I think it's more fun to mix it up.
